Smart people makes sense. Followers and believers don’t.

People hardly ever quote a manpage, but I couldn’t resist quoting this one from Apache documentation:

“Always try to understand what a particular ruleset really does before you use it in order to avoid problems.”

I just got this in my feed:

“The great thing about a computer notebook is that no matter how much you stuff into it, it doesn’t get bigger or heavier.”

My thought: Yeah, it just gets slower. Same effect.
